We consider the Human Resource & Admin Executive essential to solving our mission, with the rapid growth of clients in the food ingredients sector. You will report to the General Manager and work closely with the team to grow ProfilePrint’s business. Be a key member in creating a best-in-class SaaS platform to revolutionise the food-tech industry.

Job Description:

  •  Handle talent acquisition across all business functions to build the team. Finding the right people for the job IS a big part of this role! People make or break a company, and we are always open to finding the right talent who are aligned to our vision, and who can bring value to the company and their team.
  • Smoothly onboard new talents and share our vision and culture. Ensure they are comfortable in their new role, and that they understand what is expected of them. Be the first point of contact for all office- and HR-related matters, including asset tracking; leave dates; MC etc.
  • Creating learning and training resources to aid onboarding
  • You’re the happiness officer! Make sure our team is happy and well-fed with healthy snacks, and that the office is a pleasant space to be in
  • Ensure staff retention by providing a feedback loop to management for continuous improvement of our processes
  • Handle HR-related applications such as work passes, paid maternity leave etc.
  • Provide general administrative support for the team, including routing of incoming calls (steering away the pesky ones!), procurement and other office-related operational matters


  • Diploma or degree in HRM or related field of study preferred but not required
  • 1 year of experience in talent acquisition and retention preferred but not required
  • Personable, warm and able to build rapport on all levels
  • Good communication skills, quick to learn, with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
