PRODUCT OPERATIONS MANAGER

We consider the Product Operations Manager essential to solving our mission, with the rapid growth of clients in the food ingredients sector. You will report to the COO and work closely with the team to grow ProfilePrint’s business. 

Responsible for:

  • Leading and coordinating product operations teams, including and not limited to product analysts and product operations associates.
  • Change management on both ah hoc and planned product usage protocol or feature changes.
  • Supply chain management, including all vendors and suppliers of product related hardware, software and services.
  • Product compliance, including and not limited to cybersecurity and quality management systems (e.g ISO).
  • Product-related customer support issues reporting and rectification.
  • Product-related bugs reporting and rectification.
  • Product-related research and analysis, including and not limited to competitors, user feedback, experience and satisfaction.

Collaborate with:

  • Product development to gain an understanding of upcoming product releases.
  • Customer success for inventory management, demand forecast of hardware, logistics and shipment.
  • Software development for cybersecurity and quality management systems (e.g. ISO).
  • Business development and science/engineering teams for customer support issues reporting and rectification.
  • Software development for bugs reporting and rectification.
  • Internal and external stakeholders for user feedback, experience and satisfaction.

Skills in:

  • Leadership of teams
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, including and not limited to stakeholders from multiple departments and senior management.
  • Managing complexity and ability to make sense and adapt to fluid situations rapidly
  • Setting correct priority resource/time constraints to drive the delivery of results.
  • Understanding of LEAN, AGILE, SCRUM frameworks, and ability to work within a ticketing system.
  • Understanding of data analysis techniques is a plus.
  • Understanding how engineers, scientists and data scientists work are a plus.
